Next year I am hoping to be growing my own strain and need some help on the logistics. I have a small cab that can fit 4 small plants and I was planning on breeding 2-3 strains together in the long run. I was thinking of breeding Auto blueberry X Auto mazar(or purple ryder) X Auto big devil 2,

my question is, how many generations do you think I could grow before next summer?

Are you planning to grow out the seeds you produce outside? AFs even from the same strain perform differently outdoors, so expect some differences from indoors to out. NOT all AFs are hardy outdoor performers, look for outdoor performance on the AFs you want to use.

Why do you want to cross so many things together? All that will create is an unstable hybrid that will take many generations to lock down and learn how it grows the best. It would be better for you to grow out each strain a few times and make pure seed, it will help you learn each strain and how to grow them the best you can, this will help you be more successful at your breeding projects knowing what traits each parent could pass on.

Most True AFs take around 2.5 months for seed runs so that would put you out if you started them Sept 1st, you can get 3 generations in by next June. this includes drying time for the seeds, between grows.

P.S. Auto Mazar from DP is not like Purple Ryder, they are completely different.

OK, thanks for all the great info! looks like it will be only 2 strains (purple ryder or auto mazar) X (auto big devil II) and thanks for the heads up about the two strains but i knew that, they are just the options as a parent strain....


I was thinking of breeding a large purple auto that tastes like blueberry but i dont really need the blueberry part. I watched Haxi's Auto grow which was outdoors which gave me the idea of breeding big devil 2 with another strain simply because it did grow to like 1.5m tall but was also a nice auto...

the N.E.T really earns their pay checks up near me so i want something that will be in my pipe before they come to the area.

Just be sure the genetics you get are TRUE AFs bro, read reports and make sure of your breeders.
