That's right mr.blast_420 I did get the idea from that vid. I had to add a baffle for the exhust outlets to keep them from rattling the blind though. I also have a baffle in there to seperate the intake and exhaust thus keeping hot exhaust air from being sucked back in.

Hey pico11653, I've got the 600watt Lumatek 240v. Looks like you found a good deal on your digitals. I paid like 280 a pop :p I decided against co2 burners... I'm in an apartment so I minimize risk where ever possible. Looks like a great setup you got there. What cycle are you running your drip irrigation on? I'm thinking drip might be a good method for me. I really wanna see those omega gardens spinning :)

The lumateks sounds really nice. How have they been working for you?

I have my drip system running around 10-15 minutes on then 1 hour off. Running on a cyclestat timer. Seems to be working fine. I will probably be messing with it as things progress.

So do you have any idea of what type of setup you want to try? I like the 4x4 or 4x8 hydro tables as they can be used for so many types of systems. I even use them for my dirt setups. I have tried a lot of things and can probably answer some questions about systems you may be thinking about.

I've yet to test the Lumatek on a crop but they seem to be quality equipment. The last grow I did was a dwc. It worked great but the amount of fluid involved in it seems excessive for an apartment. I do however have a pond liner 6" up all the walls just in case. It looks like I’ll do 6-5 gallon buckets a light, probably a drip system similar to yours. I would have loved to go with the hydro tables also, but that would have been a tough one to explain in the elevator :)

Yeah I lived in a major metro area last year. I had the omegas delivered there and was pulling 4x4 tables up 3 flights of stairs. Noone ever saw anything but it could have been sketchy. Actually it was sketchy. Now I live out in the boonies, much better.

pond liner...I may have to look in to that. It seems no matter how good you make your system there is always going to be a leak or water being spilled.

For a good deal on buckets, call your local Dairy Queen. Sometimes they give them away. I usually pay $1 each. The right place will have 100 lying around collecting dust.
