Who's grown out Nirvana's New Purple Power. Anyone? Can't find any reps on it anywhere and would like to know if it's worth bothering with. Cheers!

I was given 10 purple power seeds from an individual who couldnt remember where he got them but they came from Amsterdam, so I would assume they came from there. Is the strain you are talking about a cross between Hollands Hope and Skunk? I dont want to say how they were shipped, but that would prob tell us. Anyways, I love the shit, lol. They are a good yielder both inside and out and a great buzz. Very sticky with a very strong kinda fruity/skunky smell. I would deff recommend this strain to anyone and after you smell and taste it you will want to keep a mother....

Nah, from femaleseeds, but they all come from the same heritage.

If you want colourful, I've made a clone from one of the PP's last year; the mother produced green/white buds, while the clone turned completely purple. Here it is:
The smoke is actually pretty good for something advertised as a low potency strain. A bit of a racey high, some pheno's taste more like liquorice, some others have a more fruity flavor, others a bit more spicy; there's a lot of variation concerning phenotypes, not exactly the most stable strain, but an all-round great strain nonetheless.

thanks for the info blowmonkey, but wile im at it i got a couple for questions for you regarding pp.....
first of all how long did it take to finish?
and second is it true that its quite hardy against mold?

It's very mould resistent, mine didn't mould much, just a little bit here and there. It's a quick finisher, I let these go for 9 weeks, but you can easily harvest at 8 as well.

so the femaleseeds gets more purple then nirvana's?......you said that it was a clone that turned purple from a green mom?.....Wamen, out of 10 Nirvana's how many purple's you get?.....I'm trying to decide on 2 packs of Nirvana's or 1 pack of FS....I like the other female seeds I have going now, WW, SC99, GF..... this will be my first time this year doing any Nirvana strains, I have Papaya already, but Im placing another order so I figured why not some Purple......so which one would you guys go with?......thanks a lot....Peace
