New perpetual grow setup

So I have a Lil experience with growing but i need some help getting it down to a science. I have a 5x5 tent with 2 advanced 350watt leds ( just bought 400 watt hps to add) with 4 5gallon dwc. I also have a 4x4 with the fluence spyder and another 4 5gallon dwc. I also have a secret jardin 3.5x3.5 with separate mother and cloning stations. I recently bought 2 2x4 mother keepers with 2 270 7'band leds with 4 5gallon dwc setups. How can I max out and get 2lbs a month using Og strains? I have deadhead Og, gg#4, and big Buddha King Kong . I'm currently in week 6 veg for the first 4 og. I'll post pics tonight!!!!!

2 lbs a month in a 5x5 tent..? I don't think that's possible but I never did indoor before..hopefully someone with experience can chime in.

There are probably many ways to skin this cat.
I do almost exactly two pounds per month currently with a six plant perpetual.
The bud area is 9' by 7', the secondary veg area is 7' by 3', the preliminary veg area is 6' by 6', and the clone table is 4' by 2'.
Respective wattages are 5000, 1500, 1000, and 500.

Two seeds are planted every two weeks, this leads to an overabundance sometimes but allows for misfires and runts.
Experience has shown that if any of the systems has a problem the monthly yield drops. And with a four month lead time from planting to harvest on any individual plant, the recovery from accidents is time consuming and costly.

After 16 years of gardening it seems problems still crop up, not as often but still something happens every year to keep it interesting.

PS: I have an acquaintance that does SOG in a single room (12' by12') with 5000 watts on light movers and his average approaches three pounds per month of acceptable bud. Not my style but the yields are there.

I have 5 tents. (1) 5x5 (1) 4x4 (2) 2x4 (1) 3.5x3.5 which has a separate cloning chamber.
I'm running 2 350watt advanced leds with a 400 hps in the 5x5. A spyder fluence in the 4x4. And 2 270 7 spectrum leds in the 2 2x4's. I also have a 300 led and a T5 in the 3.5x3.5. Should I use the 4x4 for a second flowering tent or use it for the first 4 weeks in flower?

Ok, first things first.

Stop vegging for 6 weeks. Holy crap. Waste of time and power. Cut it to 2 to 3 weeks. Most strains will stretch plenty the 1st 3 weeks of flower, dont waste time growing stalks and branches you throw away later.

Cut the size of your pots too, 2 gallons is more than enough. We do 14 to 18 plants per 1kw DE and get 1.7 per light of OG or SD like clockwork.

2 pounds a month, you'd need to harvest 1# every two weeks, which would be around ten plants. Mine finish at about 24 to 30 inches tall from the top of the pot. We use Phosphoload (PGR) to regulate stretch so they dont get too tall, but you can bend or prune tops to keep the canopy flat and even.

Your 5 gallon buckets are for growing trees, which take too long to veg. Convert them to 2g buckets, or use 4x4 trays, but youll need more plants amd a faster veg to hit your goal.

You'll need your 5x5 and 4x4 for flowering, flip flop them if you want, but your goal is to fill one, wait 4 weeks and fill the second one, wait 4 weeks and harvest the first (and refill it as fast as you can.) And so on and on.

I run 3x10 light gardens in perpetual, harvesting and refilling 1/3 the room every 3 weeks, and refilling it with 3 week vegged plants within 2 days of chop. You'll need to calendar it all out so you take and root your cuttings on time, but if you screw up its not very forgiving. Check out my thread in my sig if you want to see it in detail.

Yea I was thinking about trying autos next. Hey Lazyman, about how many inches should my plant be before I start flowering?

Check out air layering, i'm rooting clones bigger than most peoples mothers now with 3/4 inch stalks and 100% success. With one big momma kept alive for awhile you can basically fill a tent in no time instead of taking puny little 6 inch cuts that take forever to grow :)

Would you mind explaining how you are venting all those tents? How many are in one room? I have a 12x12 room w a 3500btu window unit, a 4x4x7 tent and a3.5x3.5x7 tent at my disposal. Wanted to run a 600w flip w a veg so I was looking into the ideal way to set the perpetual up with easiest vent system is why I'm asking. Any input from y'all legends would b appreciated! :peacock:
