New Payload ice extraction bags

Ok here's my demo. I was gifted these since i have the material to do the demo. I'm not going to get in a pissing match of whose bags are better so i'll present the info and decide for yourself.
This is the Payload 5 gal 9 bag set (220u, 190u, 160u, 120u,100u, 90u, 73u, 45u, 25u.) I've owned both bubblebags and isolater bags and these bags are $239 and comes with the nylon carrying bag, nice pressing screen, AND A FREE SPOON.......what i hear while supplies last. There is eyelets at the top of each bag, drawstring, double reinforced stiching, and the screen part goes 2" up the sides.........which i found helps draining alot!

I had 3-4 oz of good trim and hermie bud which was chopped up during trimming. Purple skunk punch 1/2 fresh frozen 1/2 dry so i don't know exact weight.



Lots of ice. I also use R/O water not tap.....ours reeks of chlorine.I fill up a 5 gal water bag and put it in the fridge over night.



I use a broom handle







I also use 2 more 5 gal buckets, one to wash the bags as i'm done, the other has the bottom cutout so i can put the bag on it turn it insideout and makes scraping a breeze

The following bags contained junk:

220u,190u,160u

the 120u and 100u were actually "empty" started getting worried LOL

The 90u




the 73u


the 45u










The 45u was actually greener than everything else. not sure if that's due to agressive stirring or if it will lighten up. This stuff is currently drying.

These bags currently are available at*******and ******** (they are blocked for some reason) and i'm not sure of ******* bag's website.

Not liking that awkward seam placement connecting the screens....U didn't lose any to the seams did you?

use a pump up sprayer ( on water pistol mode) to push all the hash to the middle....then it will be much easier to collect from each bag.

lol when you said "spoon" ..I thought it would be a special scraping spoon with a blade edge designed to collect the mud from the screens...lol...not a smoking spoon!

and you mentioned you own a set of Bubblebags and a set of Isolater bags ..now this new set! ...you have what is called chronic complusive ice hash bag possesion syndrome...smoke 3 bowls and call me in the morning!

and before anyone screams STOP SPAMMING!...I called Chief out on this point a few months ago when he was spamming......err....selling...errr.... sorry, I mean informing us about other O'keif products and he said the company did in fact send an email to ICmag inquiring about advertising here a while back and never received back an answer...that's odd isn't it?..maybe the email got lost in cyberspace?

this would be an excellent site for O'k to advertise their wide range of hash products on.......perhaps do them a favor and send Dutchgrown a PM about this?

the yield from the 45 bag is greater than the 73 bag ..does that mean the plants were a harvested a little immature?

what happened to the smallest 25 micron size bag? ,,,,any yield from that one?..I'd reckon that the yield would be as much as the 73 bag considering the 45 yield

I didn't notice any loss to the seams, I set that insideout bucket on top of the first bucket and spoon water on the screen i'm working on for it all to collect in the middle. The 45 yield was less, just looks like alot cuz it has more water in it. The 25 had some but it wasn't much at all.
I owned ice-0laters first which was a joke, bubblebags second which i was happy with but as my health got worse it was too difficult to do the stirring and lifting so i statred using a tumbler and gave my bags to a close med friend. I will still probably tumble more than anything else.

Yeah, but he is posting a new set of bags we haven't seen before. The price and where to find them are just as important as how good they work. If it wasn't posted it would have probably been the first question anyone asked.

The XXXTractor bags have the same extension on the bottom.

I noticed the Ice-o-lator bags also have an extension at the bottom to help with draining, but it is tapered instead of straight.

Too bad both the Ice-O-lator and XXXTractor kits don't have enough filters.

Chief these bags look really well made... and i totally like how the screens go up the side of the bags to... thats bound to help out with draining the bags...

there are far to many brands of bags now... i really dont know which ones i should get??

its gotta be at least a 7 bag system though... after seeing bubblemans video on pottv i have got to get myself a decent set now!!

I really like these bags from what you've shown here. However, I do have one (odd) question. You show the screen draped over a bowl, and this shows the bottom, flat, screen. My question is; what is the size of the bowl, or the flat section? About 6"?

any big salad bowl will do the job. when i have lifted the bag, i'll use a cup or two of the ice water to rinse down the side of the bags so the resin is on the screen. then i whip the salad bowl under the screen and slowly start to turn the bag inside out, making sure not to let the inside of the bag touch the pile of hash on the screen. even if the bowl is a bit smaller then the screen, the bubble is normally not right on the edges after draining. once the screen is flat and the bag is inside out, it's easiest to take a water sprayer and spray the hash into a nice pile right in the middle of the screen. then it's easy to collect with a spoon as well as dunking the screen into the water again so the few trichs not collected can be caught on the next screen.

anyway Chiefsmokingbud, great show and tell you put together for us of these bags, thanks. so do tell, how much did it help to have that extra bit of screen going around the bottom, with draining the 45 and 25?

I guess I didn't make myself clear. I was wondering what the size is of the flat piece of screen on the bottom of the bags is. I figured I'd know from the size of the bowl.

Gaiusmarius, you and I use exactly the same technique. I use RO water so as to "try" to not import a taste into the hash. Our city water tastes bad.

I second Gaiusmarius' question. Do the tapered screen sides help the 45 and 25 to drain?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here just from what i have been told, so take it for what it's worth. Say maybe it's because those products are sold as and can be used for legal purposes. Whether someone chooses to use it for illegal purposes is their own business. People have been extracting oils and essences from plants for thousands of years. So on that premise perhaps it's not illegal to sell or buy those products. It's one thing if your selling bongs or cannabis seeds and it's another to sell something that has legitimate legal applications. Most herbal meds today are made with plant extracts which have to be extracted somehow either through chemical or manual means. So lets go now and shut down all the hydro stores which sell legal plant supplies that can be used for illegal plants.
Take icecold.org which "claims" to be the creator of the ice extraction process. JYI Icecold.org is owned by Grobots International Incorporated, a California S-Class Corporation, was founded in 1991 in Healdsburg, California. Clearly stated on their site Their products also are sold and can be used for legal purposes. Just my .002

Keefhead the round part at the bottom is 9 1/2 inches which leaves 1/4" around the sides when placed in a 5 gal bucket.
