New outdoor plot. One plant infected. Just white fly or the borg?

I see a small host of white fly on only this one outdoor plant. The leaves look a little mity to me though I don’t see any spider mites or webbing. Thoughts about whether it’s just white fly damage or the borg? I’m hitting it with an OMRI oil and garlic concentrate.

Upper leaf not really noticeable. A couple weeks into flower.

Use a jet of water to blast whiteflies and wash them off your plants and leaves. You should then rub a weak solution of insecticidal soap onto the leaves only. Everytime you water, blast the bastards.
You can also use yellow stickies on a stick that extends above the plants. Shake the plants everyday and the white flies will fly to the stickies and get stuck. Now is the important time to save the plant.

Thanks Creeper. Outdoor, so stickies are not worthwhile...but I’ll blast away.
