A quick Shitz feeding schedule, nice and easy

Add 25g of Growth Blend to 4L of any type of soil mix.
Add cutting or seedling, and just plain H20 every watering.
Wait 14 to 20 days
Add 25g more of Growth Blend as a top dressing.
Wait another 14 to 20 days
Add 25g of Bloom Blend to 4L more of any type of soil mix and re-pot to flower
Every 14 to 20 days add 25g of Bloom Blend as a top dressing until harvest.
Always just use plain H20

Any comments/ideas? I currently use ff or pbp, think this is comparable.. ?

It does sound good, all the NPK you really need, prolly some built in Microbial Content (as long as they dont pasteurize the worm castings etc.)

Sta-Green All Purpose Potting Mix is my base potting soil as it contains all the basics: Composted Forest Products, Peat Moss (and humus?), Perlite, Wetting Agent, Stay Moist Crystals, Lime, Light chem ferts, etc.

I used to use Fox Farm Ocean Forest exclusively, but it's too expensive, too hard to find and Sta-Green is cheap and readily available at Lowes.

But I use a lot of crap in my soil mix in addition to the Sta-Green. I'm doing an experiment now to see if its all worth it: http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=17373
