new light controller humming.......normal?

installed titan helios 11, kicked on and fired lamps great. but I hear a humming sound coming from it.

is this normal? Im sure I wont hear it when I turn fans and stuff on, I had everything else off to listen.

[Bad Habits]

I was talking with my electrician today and he actually mentioned about how the light controllers buzz/hum. My buddy uses Helios 16s, and I've never noticed any noise from them, but then again there's so much other noise in the room between oscillating fans, AC, deheuys etc that I don't think I would notice.

Tiny particles trapped between the coil and the contacts, even a few micro particles will cause hum, or it could be cheap contactors. Every controller I'v built NEVER hums, I have a trick lol.
