i have two seed plants that have the same problem. i have 8 other plants from the same cross that look good.

can you say if it is a virus?

No, it's not a virus, it looks like you have too many salts in the soil.

Water always follows salt due to the law of physics. If you have more salt content in the soil than in the plant it will pull the water back out of the plant. Can you see how the growing shoot is being pulled back into itself?

If you have the same soil mix in many different pots with only one or two plants fussing. Then it's probably due to not getting the soil milled or mixed well enough before using it.
