Pippy deal with the over watering, this is the biggest issue new growers are faced with, and without seeing a pic you may just want to begin a new. Regardless, here are some thoughts to be next to, you can't force cannabis to grow, above all at the beginning, you coax, never push. Cannabis thrives at around 70% field saturation levels. If a fully watered/saturated pot weighs ten pounds, you'd never want to know it. It wants to hover at around 7 lbs, always. I like to wait for it to get to about 6.5 lbs, then take it up to 7.5 each watering. Have the discipline to walk away, this is key, coax, never push. This is not something we can put a timeline on, in the beginning, it may want water but once a week, later every day. But it's about that field saturation level, so how often will be an ever changing answer based on a number of factors.
Unless I am hallucinating (entirely possible ), the original post included the shedding of lower leaves, and Pippy thought over-watering, so went to just watering every other day? It could be it pH, soil, water, or the host of other things, but they will all be exaggerated by over-watering.
Roots are being killed, and the plants are shedding the least important above ground growth to combat this. The above (pot on the bathroom scale) scenario was extremely simplified, but it gets the point across.
i cant get the pictures to upload.. my buddy told me the leaves that have the brown on the were going to fall off anyways. the plant is only about 4-5 weeks
Here man, this is a great link to save. It covers all the common problems and pest issues. It includes pics so its easy to identify what is wrong with your plant by comparing with pics.
