im growing red diesel in soil, sunshine 4, and i adjust all water and nutes to 6.5 ph. do i need to worry about the run off ph?

i am using sunshine 4. didnt know it was soiless. high acidity because of the peat? also im getting brown spots with yellowing around them last watering i used floranova grow at 600 ppm and ph of 6.5 fan leaves midway up the plant are afflicted. any guesses?

if your water source is OK you shouldn't have to worry about runoff pH as long as you know what's going in
runoff is helpful for TDS tho because it will tell you when to flush, and tell you should increase the strength of your feed.
about your problem we need more info. age of plants, conversion rate of meter, starting pH and ppm of water source.. theres actually a complete list in the infirmary

ok...before i put any water or nutes in my pots, 3 gal., i adjust ph to 6.5 which has tds of 325 and with nutes 650.

Are you growing in a PVC grow tent? (example: Hydrohut or any other non brand tents) homemade hut out of silver insulation
What system are you running? (DWC? Ebb flow? Aero? Water Farm? Flood Tables? and so on...)
What STRAIN are you growing? red diesel
What was the establishing technique? (Were the seed or clone?) clone
What is the age of your plants? 9 wks
How long have they been in there mixture they are in now? 7 weeks(coco,soiless etc..) sunshine 4
How tall are the plants? 2.5 feet
What PHASE are the plants in? (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? veg
What Technique are you using? ???
What substrate/medium are you using?(Hydroton, RockWool etc.)
What is the Water temperature? bout 72 F
What color are your roots? White? Brown? Are your roots slimy?
What Nutrient's are you using?(If growing soiless) gh floranova grow/bloom
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful* bout 1/4 tsp per gal
How often are you feeding? (If using soiless)water every 3 days
How often are you giving nutrients? (If using soiless)evry other watering
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients?
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect)

I'd be willing to bet that its a water quality problem.. depending on the conversion rate of your meter your EC starts somewhere between .45 and .7 thats pretty bad..
You can A: Flush with RO or Distilled water to remove the salts or cal buildup, depending on the makeup of your water. Make sure you add back some nutes though after flushing
or B: repot in new soil
Either way if you continue to use your water this problem will pop up again.

im waitin for my r o systym to arrive. hopefuly it wont be too late! thanks for all the help! ill keep you all informed of the progress!
