New Grower. Hydro Setup. Sick plants! Help!

I'm a new grower, I have a Waterfarm setup, and I am vegging my plants currently under a 250w hps. I had a 400 running also, but I shut it off because I thought the plants were getting too much light/heat.

The plants are looking a little better than they were yesterday, but they aren't looking great. I added nutrients according to the Canna nutrient guide, and I think it was too strong for the plants originally. I diluted the nutrients with a bit of water. The pH is currently around 6, which I think is ok, but something is still not right.

Give me your opinions on what could be the problem? The temp is currently around 70-75 in the room.

EDIT: Also, I need help finding a proper watering schedule? Right now I have it 2 hours on, 1.25 hours off. What do you guys think?

Doesnt look like too much light or heat to me.

The first thing I would of done was pick away as much rockwool in your starter block off as possible. It might be leading to what appears to look like over watering. The flopping over of your fan leaves.

Leave the water farm on 24/7 and when the roots get down a little further and the plant matures a little more it should turn around.

pH of 6 is good. I would have your nutes around 650ppm, RO water.

How is your rez. Is there anything funky going on in there.
