Hey everyone, in new here. been smoking for years. but i have now just descided to grow. i have had many seeds from past bags of weed that i have gotten from my dealers. i germinated some seeds( about 4) planted them in a pot. and 3 of them have sprouted, out of the 3 on is 3 inches high, and the others are about 2. this is kinda a micro grow, i have one, 2 bulb floro light in there. and its on ussally 18/6.and the light is about 3 inches from the top of the 3 inch plant. once they get a little bigger about 12 inches. or so im goin to just put them in a big green tot, with soil in it and everything.the bigger one seems to be growing alot faster then the other 2. maybe male? i can try to get pictures
as soon as possible

Im just lookin for any tips. to make my grow good. with low light sources cant get to many stores where i live+ dont have alot of money.but tips would help and other kinds of cheap lighting as well

thanks
hazey

It might be easier to grow them outside until you can get good lighting and a grow room set up. You are doing the right thing by keeping the light right down on them but I would put something under the other 2 to get them level with the bigger one. I would also try and get the light even closer. Within an inch would be good.

-This is how much space i have for growing. when they are about a foot. i plan on puttin soil in the green thing and then growing in there.

You need to get 3 cups, and you need to get them seperated as soon as possible. It doesnt take a lot of time for the roots to get tangled. I would probably take a tablespoon and take out a good hunk of earth with them. From now on start them seperately....

A 20oz cup will do them well until they're about 8-10" tall if you don't train them at all. I just use cups from a local pizza place and put holes in the bottom of them for drainage.

Also, you need to get more light in there. For your space I'd recommend compact flouroscent bulbs. You can fit quite a few of them in a tight space and get them very close to your plants. Choose whatever blubs you can find that give you the most lumens per watt. The more lumens per watt that a light emits, the more efficient it is.

What kind of soil are you using?

Take a 12 or 16 ounce cup and fill them almost full, but leave enough for the soil and seedling. Put the seedling in and then carefully fill in around it. You dont want to soak the soil with water. I use a spray bottle and try to get only the top half of the soil damp, not soaked.....

BTW, don't worry about sex right now. You won't be able tell until very late in veg or until you throw them into 12/12 and they start to flower.
