New grow room

I am building a 80' x 48' building with 4- 20'x48' grow rooms 12' tall. 10 ton a/c per room. does anyone have an opinion on what to use for insulation? Right now I am leaning towards cellulose blow in over fiberglass. Spray foam is out of budget. 2x6 exterior walls at R-21 and 12" ceiling thickness for an R-30. 30 lights per room.

typical pole barn construction has horizontal 2 by 6, gerts, that span the poles and provide metal skin attachment points, i like to fill this space with foam panel material, you can fit 2" foam between the gerts, then regular framed walls with r21 and your good to go. your project sounds huge and crazy fun, goodluck!
