No responders eh - that's unusual. I've just switched to growing in soil after hydro for many years. There are loads of 'soil mixes' posted on here and you can't go too far wrong in soil. Worm Casts are about the biggest and most popular addition from all I have read but there are other soil conditioners you should look into. Your ladies look lovely, nice healthy colour. Hold back on additional ferts to start with and feel your way in, same with watering. The plants will let you know when they need both. Focus on dialling-in your environment, as this is the biggest part of growing successfully. Again, from my own experience and what almost everyone here states, once you've got your growroom dialled-in, sweet things happen.
