New Grow 10 gallon DWC Diamond Girl and Blue Mystic

I decided to do a medicinal cannabis grow. I chose Diamond Girl, Fast bud #1 and Blue Mystic to start off with. This is my first grow and after losing 1 diamond girl (grew upside down) things are going really well.
Here are some pics:




My current concern is if I can grow a practical amount of cannabis in this 10 gallon DWC. The pots are only 3" and I wonder if they will be strong enough.

Nice grow there Todd, the plants are going to have to be kept small and manageable in that set up. They will outgrow the 3" pots real fast. They look really healthy, what are you using for nutes, lighting?

Thank You I am going to post new pics of day 19. they are out of control hah. I am using a general hydro kit that included nutes and suppz with a tiny vial of cloning gel. We didnt add nutes til day 5 from seed and I got some of those plugs that really kick started the germination and sprouting.

here are my ladies. The diamond girl seems to be the fastest and now the aroma is building up. Is that right for only 20 days? Here are some pics. I will be changing out the water from tap to distilled. Should I keep the cfl closer to keep them short and stalky? I have seen a lot of journals where they have skinny plants that are like skyscrapers with hardly any leaves. So I would hope mine are on the awesome side of healthy.

Anyone have any tips on how to get these to grow like christmas trees?

I would say just keep doing what your doing they look nice and healthy and are growing real well.

I was thinking about using a collar within the nets to add support, do you think that would help?

regarding the size of your net pots.. im using same size as you also in a Dwc and i havent got any problems getting them big and bushy.. just remember having a fan blowing some air over the top of them.. but my first time, so i cant say if im just being lucky or what.

Looking good Todd! How are the pots holding up? Are you going to grow on cola or do a SCROG type set up.

flower soon and dont bend or top them, you will have a sog style plant

Those from seed?

You'll have a minimal harvest from them as they're immature plants at this point. Not a huge deal, but something to consider. Yes, you can put them back in veg lighting and it won't hurt.

Read up on Scrog, LST and Supercropping.

ok Todd, iv been growing dwc before they even gave it a name lol

the 3' net pots are fine, you can judge the size of the plants (when to flower) from the lights you use (how many watts) and the space they are growing in.

if you want single cola plants then you might have to trim some of the lower branches later on
