High all
Some news about the recent releases for the second half of the year, updates about the stock availability and news about new landrace projects.
Bangi Haze and Nepal Jam are finally available in feminized format, we made a small batch of Nepal Jam fem a few years ago, but i consider these 2 new releases as the first and main feminized releases of both strains after more than 10 years of existance.
The feminized versions have been produced after selecting from dozens of parental plants from standard/regular seeds, then the best standard/regular parental plants are choosen for the reproduction, the best parental plant from each line is reversed to pollinate her best sisters from same generation and a few 'aunties' from one previous generation.
To create Nepal Jam fem release, a super early flowering nepalese dominant pheno selected for its resin production, early flowering traits (7-8 weeks), refined terpene profile of honey and great pleasant expansive clear effect, was reversed to pollinate other intermediate nepalese/jamaican sisters and aunties also of great quality, and better yield.
For Bangi Haze fem reproduction, we selected a very resinous Bangi Haze sativa dominant parental plant of 9-10 weeks of flowering time, with lemony/anised aromas, and a very powerful electric effect (most important trait in the line), then this selected female was reversed to pollinate her best sisters and a few aunties too from previous generation. The best selected Bangi Haze females were almost like clones, very stable so it was not easy to choose one as the 'reversed father', but i think we made the right choice reversing BH F29 mother.
These are the most stable and probably the better Bangi Haze and Nepal Jam versions ever released by ACE.
We also have finished a new Oldtimer's Haze reproduction with all its variants.
Green Haze is back after 1 year out of stock, and the Oldtimer's Haze and Purple Haze stock is also very fresh.
We planted dozens pure hazes from different lines and generations within Oldtimer's Haze population.
Oldtimer's Haze stock has been produced open pollinating females and males from very different phenos (this the aim of the Oldtimer's Haze release, preserve its original genetic diversity), from huge vigorous and high yielding phenos to more lanky low yielding expressions, from green to purple and yellowish phenos. A huge diversity available for the haze lovers.
Green Haze release contains seeds from best new Green Haze parental plants found in this reproduction and pollinated also by different green males. We failed to pollinate Green Haze 19 so seeds from this female are not available this time in this Green Haze release.
Purple Haze release is a backcross to the Purple Haze 23 (Purple Haze mother selected many years ago and the one we have been using for all our Purple Haze hybrids) pollinated by sons of the same Purple Haze 23. This is the less diverse and more stable haze release among the 3.
