wow, you already have bud set? Those must be some early finishers or sumthin cause most of mine only have hairs. Ya the weather has been great this year, kinda dry the past 2 weeks but we got a little pissed on today. Luckily im near a big pond so i just dunk the old 5 gallon pail and pack mule it to the plots. I found 2 pails evens out the weight and is actually easier to carry believe it or not. My trap muscles are gonna be ripped by the end of the summer. Another plus factor to the fine art of growing my own herb :D

Hello everyone - Just moved up into CT from Texas for a new job. How is the scene up here? I havent met anyone real cool yet, and finding things can be difficult. I'm not setup to do it myself yet, but as soon as I get settled in and move into a larger place, I may see whats happenin.

As for now, What are some fun/exciting things to do up here in CT? I'm completely new to the area... any specific cool things/events that go on? Festivals, etc. I'm looking to get out and meet people and get started again.

Anyway, thanks in advance for any advice/tips

Bummer Outdoor grower...those dirty sobs...I am battling with red ants. They killed my avalon and are working on a Blue Dragon.I figured out they are trying to kill the plant because they like the peat to lay their eggs in.I turned over an unused hole from last yr and it was full of eggs and ants. They chew branches off and everything.

damn highlighter sorry to hear about that. stay away, its not worth getting busted.
i might be at vibes on thursday for the dead tribute by darkstar. i gotta get motivated to do that.
as far as the babies go...things are going slow. i dont know if it was the genetics or they arent getting enough light or what. im going to make changes in their local...desperate times :::: desperate messures. im using a bunch of different strains but the stock was a coupla years old. the abag seed i have going is much healthier. disapointing b/c i had high (no pun intended) hopes.
ive had numorous opertunities to see BRAD LEES garden and all his ladies are dominating what ive got going on. hopefull aug will bring the start of lfowering and a big jump in size/yeild.
hope everyone is not having watering issues with this 90+ degree heat wave.
good luck to all.
