New derrogatory terms to call someone

I'd like to have a unique vocabulary for insulting someone, so I was hoping you would help me compose a list of terms/words to call people.

It doesn't have to be new, just uncommon or something common, but used in a negative manner.

I'll start the list off....

chubby chaser

ie: (guy cuts you off in traffic) "f*cking chubby chaser"

I prefer to call people by their given names. If i have to lower myself to insulting a person and name callling then i need to check myself and see what got me to lower myself, and re evaluate if that relationship is worth maintaining . In most cases its best to stick to the high ground and walk away. Insults were funny when i was 12, but then again so were farts. I like to think i have since matured

I started cracking up when you were talking about farts.

i personally think that lunkhead , lout and carmudgeon are very very underused
they should be brought back into mainstream society

ie....some lout was talking in a thread about how supremly god like he is, and he is too much of a carmudgeon to see it

Seriously though, I concede that Australia has a superior cricket team.
Good luck with the hole in your ozone layer and the second highest obesity rate in the world;)
