Does anyone here have info on a cut called 'Leroy' that was supposedly bred in CO? Word is that it's Chem91 x LA Kush (aka Abusive OG), but I can't find *anything* about it online.
I have seen a couple of "Leroys" "Leeroy" "Le Roy" They all seem to be coming from Rare Dankness
It's definitely different than RD's 'LeeRoy OG'. This is a clone-only that circulates around the Denver area, from what I hear.
Not sure, too many cris-x-crosses now days I can't keep track.
If you put "Rare Dankness Seeds Lee Roy" in google a couple seed banks in the uk are selling seeds of some kind of Lee Roy from Rare Dankness.
Rare Dankness makes a cross called "LeeRoy OG", but this clone pre-dates that. I've been told explicitly that this Leroy has nothing to do with RD's LeeRoy OG.
The Leroy I'm talking about is a clone-only that circulates around the Denver area, supposedly it's a LOT like DogWalker.
My guess is it’s somebody trying to take Scott’s name/brand & capitalize on the hype created by that particular variety. All the while, claiming it’s an original from before Scott’s release.
The game is sad these days.
The Leroy I'm talking about pre-dates the existence of Rare Dankness.
pre-2010?
dank frank has some quote about not chasing this cut and that cut and instead doing the best with what you have available to you....

Edit: It's definitely not Rare Dankness' "LeeRoy OG".
Wellllll, it's available to me... That's why I'd like to know more about it.
I remember hearing about a Leroy cut floating around the Denver/Boulder area around 2002-2005 time frame. Just Leroy, no OG. Never could track her down and moved on. So many people get caught up in the name game and tracking down this cut or that. I get it but like others have said, focus on the plants you have and really get to know what your working with. But whatever cut you have beta put it through it's paces and report back to us. Someone was holding on to it for a reason!
I saw a huge fire N of Norwood & W of the Lone Cone. It burned quite a few hundred acres over night & the next day. That was last weekend. I’m not sure if they’ve got any control of it yet but there are 2 helicopters flying in & out of our dirt airfield.
