Got a source on that?

ive not been aware of that and not read anything in the colorado hemp guidelines taht expresses such a sentiment/regulation

but
no licensees in my county so i know im all good

i did find something by the NIH that said something about keeping them a half mile apart, but those are just suggestions from an industry group NOT regulations from a legislating body......

Pollen crosses the Mediterranean Sea from morocco to Spain. It gets around pretty good if it wants to. They measured a cloud of pollen that was 250 miles long in the sky headed their way. Colorado hemp could be pollinating things pretty far away according to this story.

It's an interesting question as to how long cannabis pollen remains viable in the atmosphere. It's also an issue of relative concentration, as well. The chances of pollination from nearby plants is obviously much greater than from those far away.

Horticulturalists who grow squash for seed have similar issues.

Pretty sure those regs apply ONLY to Huerfano County as they only mentioned such.

Better check your local county regs folks.

I just took a sampling of the SDK#1 and it is wonderful. I'm nicely ripped and in a very happy place. It has a very hard to describe flavor. Its fruity and funky with a nice cooling effect when smoked. Almost like a menthol sensation. I have yet to smoke the others.

Jelly Pie #3 from Greenpoint Seeds. Grape Pie phenotype.

It has a wonderful grape candy sweetness followed by incense. It is some of the most potent weed I've grown to date, very easy to over toke.
