Gave me a chuckle. They may not get a conviction here in Denver. If they do, the Church may appeal it.

Imagine a Mega Church dedicated to the sacrament of Cannabis...

follow up post:
Mistrial.
Why?
Because too many of the jurors said they wouldn't convict the defendants even if the City was able to prove the elements of the offense beyond a reasonable doubt.
Yup........ the jurors felt they had a bias against the City that they could not set aside.

What does Denver decide to do?
Try the case again..............
July trial.
What a fabulous use of City resources.

meanwhile denver mayor is apologizing for being too aggressive with his pig fucking ambitions...
what a terrible clusterfuck...

What strains have you guys found perform well outdoors? I'm just at 7000 ft south central colorado and want to put a few plants outside this year, what can best handle the increased uv of this elevation without showing stress? I feel like strains that like low light (cookies, OG) might not do very well am i wrong?

bubbas and fast finishers
depends on what cookies and what og... but those ain't typically the best yielders to begin with.... sooooooo
:dance013: :joint: :dance013:

i grew a nightmare cookies that didn't do well for me outside, smoke was great but yield was shit for how big the plant was... but my neighbor had the same nightmare cookies in a greenhouse and got a few more weeks of bloom in on his crop and the nightmare cookies yielded really well for him....

Chem crosses (not 4 by itself), OG, Afghan crosses, jager is genius. Diesels finish too late for 7000 unless you find blue city diesel. Do yourself a favor and get a greenhouse for humidity and Uv limitation...or grow purple strains, they will go dark

Thanks. I have been recommended bubba kush for its fast finishing times but worry it won't get anywhere near big enough to be satisfied with it. Im thinking more dense varieties may do better as far as getting whispy top colas or being over dried and crumbling. Has anyone got any experience with light dep hoop houses?

Ive been hearing stories that everyones outdoors get seeded by hemp pollen, yet I see rec grows putting up major greenhouse complexes near by so how are people dealing with this issue?

I think the greenhouses keep out the pollin. Go to google maps and look a satellite pictures of CA north of San Francisco. There are hoop houses everywhere. They could grow without the covering. Could be light dep also. I used to grow in pots and move them in and out. The sun is better.

Hmmm.... I'm guilty. Of making pollen from blue berry headband..otto2, nepalese watermelon haze, Columbian, for the past few legal years in Colorado...

I have a greenhouse for sure crosses. The vent/fan opening is covered with a fine nylon fabric. Sure this impeads air flow, but was the only way I could figure a filter against stray hemp or other pollens..

Open pollenation seems to work in a close area..one male seems to cover an area about 100' x 100'..base this on the complaining neighbors that all grow.. heheh..at 5-10 bucks a seed the neighborhood is Rich! Folks arnt bitchen about their volunteer seed..as long as the males are stoner's..

OK the pollen/greenhouse was a bad example because there is also plenty of rec grows that are straight outdoor. Does anyone have actual first had experience with this? Know how far pollen travels? I did read its against the law to have hemp pollen within 5 miles of a licensed rec grow and there is one at the end of my road but other people in the area still complain of getting pollinated in my neighborhood.
