New clone problem thought it was ph but not getting better

I've been having problems with this clone since I brought it home it started out looking like an iron deficiency on the newer topmost leaves and I corrected ph but it is not getting better. The top leaves are starting to get a little greener but. It the lower fan leaves are yellowing with dark spots on the veins. It was rooted in a rock wool cube when I got it and I potted it in a 1 gallon pot of coco. Using gh nutes micro and bloom at 3ml/4.5ml per gallon ph 5.8

Tap water let sit out for 48 hours and then ph'd to 5.8. So no nutes until it starts filling its new container? The clones were pre rooted practically coating the rock wool cube when I put it into the coco with a little great white.

Letting the water sit for 48 hours won't cut it in some places unfortunately . pick up some 4 gal bottles of reverse osmosis you should see a change.

And yeah they are going through transplant shock and until they recover and form roots into the new soil enviroment i would not fertilize.

You could bring them back to vigorous health if you brewed them a light compost tea!

it's your ph. 5.8 is no good for coco. I find that 6.1-6.3 is optimal with 6.1 in vege and 6.3 for seedlings, cuttings and flowering plants. If I were you I'd give them a flush and then a half strength feed with a little extra magnesium to make up for the deficiency.

My tap water is normally close to 290ppm straight from the tape after sitting out for 48 hours it goes down to 240 and any longer it just sits at 240. I'm going to try and get a RO filter this weekend.

Seeded nailed it. Your pH is to low for coco. Chlorine in hydro is not a bad thing. Tap water works fine.

After your flush and half feed I would give them a nice veg formula feed at proper pH and I think you will see them jump right up.
