I'm not sure about the amounts but i'll get back to you, Ya she makes some great butter, I call her cookies fender benders.

Hi,

I like the idea of flower molds. We use the cannaware butter stick mold. We can mold 1 pound of butter per mold into standard 4 oz sticks. They come with tablespoon marks built into the mold so it transfers to the butter when curing. They come with an airtight lid so they can be stored for a long time in the fridge with no odor. I got ours from Etsy but I think they are sold a bunch of different places. Just google em.
