The sun started to come out a bit a few hours ago so I took some pics of my Sour Nevils clone, still growing strong despite great adversity. We've had some considerable storms with heavy rain and crazy winds and not one spot of rot on the whole thing. Some of the older calyxes on the bottoms of the clusters are starting to go golden brown on the edges but nothing to be worried about.
I ended up straightening her out with some 10' surf casting rods with hooks 6" from the end pushing the stalks up. This doesn't look like much but it shows how she blends into the background aside from all the junk I have around to keep her up. I may be able to go until late November if I need to.
It's not the greatest thing on earth but it's pretty funny. Never had a big, legal plant in my backyard out in the open before so it's novel.

Nice, mold resistance is awesome in a strain when needed

So many great pics on icmag this time of year. Sour nev's looks wonderful, I am willing to bet she is also smelling something special right about now...

Very nice, very nice indeed.:) That Sour Nevils out there has a great smell leaning more towards the hazy side. We have several going indoors at a friends place and she's a whole different animal inside than out, hardly uncommon though to see that. My outdoor Sour Dub was unrecognizable when compared to how she went inside.
So I've been trimming this HAOG x SSDD from Bodhi and I've been finding an unusual amount of these flowers on the stems underneath the flower clusters along the branch. Not that it's so unusual but I might find these a few times a year on different plants, maybe one or two flowers but in 3 hours yesterday, I found enough to fill a half a joint. The amber resin popping out is is like some type of turbo glue. When I pulled this one off the scissors the resin glob stretched out like a long string. The half a joint I rolled didn't make me higher than a regular joint though...Was hoping for something unusual.:tiphat:

This picture I'm posting for the colas in the far rear under the tilted hood in the back. There's one Lucy x OG Cookie Haze that I flipped @ 2' tall along with 2 others that I had to throw away because they outgrew the space. So I kept this one which is #2 of 8 or 9 females I kept as clones. I haven't seen tops this big since some of the Mullumbimby hybrids I made a few years back and they smell as much like fuel as the females of the OG Cookie Hazes.
The foreground shows an OG Cookie Haze female on the lower right and some Sour D in the middle but every time I try and take a decent picture of the giant in the back it comes out blurry etc. I kept 2 females of the OG Cookie Haze from Relentless and both are really good, one tall, lanky one and one shorter, wider lanky, floppy one.

Looks like some weather may be coming your way?
Are you thinking of chopping the last outdoor soon?
Is it just that one last plant?

What happened to the Lucy Blue Nev Mull, amigo?
(that line needs a shorter name <g>)

Curious if the turbo resin calyxes taste any different than the rest of the flowers?

was just thinking , whatever happened to slipkid?

Any chance that haog x ssdd label said "limited release" on it?

Yeah, that Slipkid was no good, always giving everybody mislabeled cuts!:tiphat:
Now I have every cut labeled from plants I flipped and grew out so I have 100% order around here...:tumbleweed: I did make a great effort to organize when my friend brought me the blue tape and 20 permanent markers and it's done. Probably have 1-12 new ones I haven't run yet of the Lucy x OG Cookie Haze.
Yes, the HAOG X SSDD pack stuck to my wall says "Limited" and the Lucy x Nevs Blue Mullum is dry hanging in my stairwell where the warm air comes out from my veg. Swept the spider webs out of the stairwell with a shed over it and hung most of my bigger outdoor plants in there. The Lucy cross I hung branch by branch on 2 fishing lines tied across the warm cellar entrance. Everything dried perfectly in 72 F ambient temps and 50% RH.
I'll try and take a picture of the Lucy X Nevs Blue Mullum flowers sometime today if I can manage it. We looked at them this morning and they were great, purplish and smelly.
Don't see any real freezing weather coming over the next week and even though I think it's stopped really growing, I'm going to keep the Sour Nevils outside until I see a 25 or 26 F night coming. Now that the other plants are dry in there I might be able to hang the whole thing in there. We measured it with a laser and it was 8'2" tall. My stairwell is 12' deep so it's doable.

Hi Nico :tiphat:

Can you tell us a little about your dream berry?
What is the cross and where did it come from?
How far along is the girl in that picture?
She looks very nice.

Hi Raho

This strain is a gift from Mr B. (Female Seeds). This girl is from a test run, it is my keeper.
Lineage: (Blueberry x Haze) x Nev Haze x Blueberry Cheesecake.
Flowering time : 24 days in 12/12.

I have a current test grow, you can find it in FS grow reports.

Making some nute mixes today I noticed how nice some of these flowers look on the T5 end of the room. They do have a regular 600 hps overhead as well but the colors were just right. My OG Cookie Haze "Shorty" cut. I am quite fond of the flowers this plant produces and I'm about a week out from cutting 4 good ones all under different lighting.

A branch of "Hammer Kush" poking through the net. Now that I have a proper mom of this cut I'll be able to take her to full potential next run. Smells and looks great so no complaints here.:)

Posted this pic in Chunky's thread already but I wanted to put it up here to show how my experiment with the Gavita SE 600 went. The room is 4x5' and I only had 2 plants in there and both performed well beyond my expectations. This is at day 60 today and starting to fade while my OG Cookie haze cut has totally faded. Half of the 4x5' room was empty.
We're running 6 of these lamps in place of 6, 1000W HPS's and so far so good, all the plants are doing great.
The OG Cookie Haze can grow like a wild vine and it did under the Gavita SE but produced a load of great flowers. This is one of my favorite plants to smoke. She's all faded out now.

Some outdoor flowers right before I smoked 'em up. Lucy x Nevs Blue Mullum. This cut only throws smaller flower chunks inside and out but they're great quality, half a joint does me in but I'm a lightweight.:) Going to try the outdoor Mandarin Cookies today.

OG Cookie Haze #2. This one is a narrow-leafed, super tall, lanky plant but the flowers are immaculate.
We took down the outdoor Sour Nevils yesterday afternoon after it had a chance to dry out from the rain we had the day before. The wind's been blowing so hard it was near impossible to keep upright. It's 28 F right now and we were afraid it was going to go down to 23 or something so I pulled it. All in all the whole outdoor thing was a success. There are mountains of flowers to trim, at least for my world.:)
Next year I'll start earlier and run larger versions of the plants that did well this year. I think if I set the same Sour Nevils cut out a month earlier and 2' bigger she'll go past 10'. The Mandarin Cookies are a no-brainer along with the OGKB 2.0.

Some outdoor Sour Dub. This plant did really well and was well done by mid-October.I'm lucky to have a bit of a longer season than the rest of New England but on the other hand, we take the brunt of the big storms that come through so it's not exactly ideal but I'll take it.
