Hi peeps, just a quick question regarding nepjam! I am 3 weeks into veg and have just up the nutes to 850 ppm from 600ppm and have noticed the leaf tips curling under forming a circle, i don't think this is nute related. ph is 5.9 in a coco grow

Also what is the stretch like on these girls, i normaly top at week 3 and turn lights back at week 4 and top again and end up with 3 to 4 foot plants

Although I have not grown Nep Jam in coco I do know it is not normal for the leaf tips to curl under. Any other signs? For instance are the leaf tips crisping up and dying?

Perhaps somebody with more experience can help with the question, but it sounds like something isn''t quite right.

To answer your second question, the nep jam I had stretched quite a bit. With 4 weeks of veg and no topping mine ended up a bit over 6ft tall. I'm not sure how well all phenos of nep jam will respond to topping. I had about 3 and a half feet of stretch. Judging from the photos I have seen my pheno was unusually Jamacain leaning so it probably stretched a bit more than is usual. Sadly in my new round of seeds I don't see any that are quite like she was when she was little. She grew tall fast with wider internodes than her sisters with these crazy giant fan leaves. I regret not being able to keep a cut of that one. She was a beauty.

Hi need4weed,

Nepal Jam is slighty Nitrogen sensitive, feed them softer for this macro nutrient.
A pic and to know more about your growing variables would help to identify the problem.

Makes me think of a afghan kush special i had. As soon as i cut the food out and gave it just water for a few days, it snapped right out of it.
