Neem oil spraying?

Hello all, I got a bottle of Neem and it says to add a wetting agent, on the bottle it says to use Protekt which i have. I also have a bottle of SM-90. Could i use all 3 in 1 as a foliar just to use as a preventive? or should i just use the first 2 and cut out the SM-90?

I've mixed neem oil and sm-90 together in the same spray bottle on a few occasions in the past and had good results. Never harmed my plants (unless over-applied etc, as most foliage sprays can). SM-90 is good stuff, and the combination of those 2 products can take care of a bunch of different problems.
