I think Needles only has 5,000 people living there? I had no idea there were 5 of these places there. There are no other California towns around, but there is a big population in Arizona over the river. I would think that the LEO and county commissioners probably knew that most of the business came from AZ when they approved 5 of these clubs in such a small community. Now they are going after the people they took all the tax revenue from. I'll also bet that many of the AZ people work in CA and vice versa. I hope there are some legal battles against the police who appeared to enable these raids.
