Need to vent, gardeners?

So im a gardener working in California this year for a grower up on the hill. It's an amazing job but what also amazes me is the ridiculous nature of growers here and how difficult it can be maintaining a job under an opiate addicted half crazy alcoholic with a sailors tongue and no sensibility sometimes. Bi polar? Probably. Asshole? Yes.

Anyone else work for a crazy? Any good stories?
