Need to keep seedling slow for a couple weeks

I made a timing mistake maybe. I only have one tent that I have to use for growing AND drying until I can jar and burp. It’s because of the tent has the exhaust fan and filter mostly.
I just planted 6 for next grow in my clone/ bonsai mom/seedling box with a couple T5 lights and they are in a humidity dome. The literally popped through the soil this morning. I figured I had 10 days before I needed to move them under the main light in the tent for a week before up potting.

We’ll turns out my current grow that I thought would be down and dry enough to jar in 10-14 days may take another week. I can always get dry enough for jars in 5-7 days even keeping humidity around 60% and burp after that.

Long story short is I will likely need to keep seedling from growing to fast or stretching too much under the T5’s for maybe 3 weeks from sprout.
I have no history with something like this.
Any hints that will keep them from growing faster than a 16 year olds tits ?

You will be fine under the T5's. keep them close to prevent stretching.
If they start growing faster than you like. Take off the fans. You can also take off the lower branches. Bury them deep when you transplant.
I have kept seedlings in a beer cup for months, no problem.

If they get to tall top them.
You'll fill the canopy getting better use of your light this way as well.
