Give us these variable and it will be easier to diagnose the issue(s).

Temp?
Humidity?
pH?
Nutrient Levels?
Air Movement?

I have been going by feel. I dont test anything. I use all organics so thought ph wouldn't be a problem. Have tested before but everything ph wise was fine.
Temp humidity? Little air movement but central air comes on alot and blows air around.

Is the central air cold or very dry?

BTW: The more the plants grow thick like a jungle the more air movement is needed or the air gets stagnant.

How about a pic of the whole garden?

mix
Sphagnem peat moss
Perlite
Worm castings
Hummus and manure
Neptune dry kelp
Crab shells
Bat gauno
mycorrhizal
Useing superthrive Alaska fish fertilizer molasses

There's nothing wrong with doing organic. The problem I really see
a lot of new gardeners do. Is that they try to add too much soil
amendments the 1st time out.

It's better to use less and get a healthy crop of medium yield.
Than trying too hard the 1st time out with every nutrient you
can buy and try to grow like somebody who has been doing it
for the past 20 years.

Check the Comprehensive Plant Problem Solver in this link.
Something may hit you.

Light was close,Moved it away turned on central air.But the stuff you see on the older growth is from being rootbound. Part of my cash flow problem, pots , mix, ferts.
