It has been 3 days since i flipped from 18/6 to 12/12 and this is what can be seen on one of the flowers

Can a plant show it's sex after 3 days of flowering ?

Preflowers will show when the plant is mature no matter what the light cycle is.

Now, take that plant out into a different area, continue flowering for a week or two til it start dropping pollen. Collect the pollen and use it to impregnate some lower branches of one or more of your females. You'll end up with dozens or hundreds of seeds which you can then of course grow out at your leisure.

Chop that dude man, keeping seedlings under fluorescent lighting may increase female to male ratio. Avoid using hps especially HPS lights for seedlings and early veg.
