Hi everyone. Im thinking of growing autoflowers indoor with Aptus all in one pellets. Did anyone tried it with this ? Does it need some other boosters or this product will be fine ? What kind of soil should i use to go with this nutrients ? Im thinking of growing 2-3 plants , have a 250w setup, 11L pots, box is 1m-1mx2m. I wish to grow in a simplest way possible, did try with nutrients from Hesi last few grows but the outcome was not so great.

A good organic soil should be all an autoflower needs until heavily flowering. Then maybe a boost at that point with a bloom nute. If feeding too much it could decrease your yeild. I recommend a rich soil at the bottom 2/3 of your pot and a light mix in the top 1/3. This way most of the nutes go unused till the plant is big enough to use it. And the light mix is more gentle on your seedlings. Autos can be easy if you let them be.

Oki so only boost when flowering heavily ? You think those pellets I linked above wouldn't do the trick with light mix soil ? I want as little as possible with liquid nutrition since I fucked up a lot in the past so was thinking those pellets could save the trouble.

Err to caution...use half strength. I think previous posters were right on about the way to grow. I'd just be repeating what they said.

Perlite....always add perlite and don't over water.

I looked in to that plagon royal mix and most say its a bit strong fert wise so you may want to put young plant into solo cups with some starter soil . then transplant soon as they fill the cups . i dont grow autos ever so maybe some else thats is more familiar with autos can chime in ?

Actually I have been informed by a well seasoned grower that starting seedlings in Fox farm ocean Forestis not good, to start them unhappy frog or a 50-50 mixture happy frog and light warrior. Final up pot to the FFOF .
