Need recipe for Brownies or cookies

Just picked up half an oz of pretty good bud but I wan to turn it make it all edible. Thing is I can't get high whenver I want as I live at home plug if it's edible I can eat it when I'm at school work etc.

thing is I know it's a big waste as it would obviously last much longer if I smoke it or use a bong or pipe.

anyways first of all is half an ounze a decent amount to make good batch of brownies or cookies.

what is the best thing to make with it to last the longest? how many serving can I get out of it.

I heard you're suppose to make "butter with the pot first then make the brownies or whatever.

maybe I should just buy a vaporizer so I can smoke in my room.

Just get a vaporizer. No smell to worry about and it will help you conserve your herb. I recommend the vapor bros hands free

thing is I live at home if I get a vaporizer what if my mom opens the box when teh mail man delivers it lol.

also how expensive are they I don't want to spend a crazy amount and find out I hate a vaporizer.

I think I'll just turn this half oz into butter and make brownies with it and see how long that last me.

plus I haven't had brownies in a long time, I like the body high it gives you, diff from smoking.

I like to use one gram of good bud per serving in brownies or cookies, just divide whatever you make into 14 pieces and you are set... 1 will get you baked and 2 will melt you into the couch. on the subject of vaporizers and smell, I was in a similar situation for years and used a vapor brothers box type vaporizer successfully (still use it every day)

cool, so 14 grams could make 14 servings? that's not bad.

I guess I have to prepare it properly or I can waste all the bud.

I didn't actually meaure the half oz to see if it's actually 14 grams, I don't have a scale.

Yeah I'm also curious as to how old you are. Could you get a buddy who has his own place or parents who aren't nosy to have it delivered to his place?

Or you could just tell your mom you ordered a flesh light and she shouldn't go through any mail you receive in the next couple of weeks.

Which brings me to my next question, why would your mom be opening your packages?

To me that would be like if my mom decided to start reading my e-mails or eaves dropping on my phone calls.

I'm 22 but I live at home so it doesn't matter how old I am.

I order stuff to my hosue all the time, auto parts, stuff I buy off of ebay etc.

she usually doesn't open them but she has opened some before and said she accidently thought it was a package for her.

anyways when the package comes would it say it's a "vaporizer" on the box or anything related to pot?

sack up, son. have a sit sown with the parents and let them know that you a "cannabis american" and to not discriminate against you. if it goes well, then i would suggest trying to convert your parents to become "cannabis americans" too. it would be good for them.

if you can prepare a good butter (some margarines can last for years on the shelf in a mason jar once prepared), then you can use a lot of good stock recipes "off the box."
if you follow the toll house recipe on the bag, add a little more nuts and chips than they tell you, it makes for a fine stoney little cookie.
