NEED INPUT PLEASE

I need to get growing again. The problem is, every time i start to work on this project, I find a new problem w/ my design and come back to the forums for ideas. It is hard to find info that is needed through lurking, so i figure i'll just ask and hopefully, i get some answers.
So, here goes
I plan on running a 4 plant DWC setup. I have:
4 bubblers,
2 400w hps ballasts
1 HPS bulb +1 MH conversion bulb
PH/EC Tester
100' of b&w poly
1 stanley blower
1 Dayton blower
and a bunch of other misc. stuff.
I want to make a DIY tent, but like i said, everytime i try start building, i second guess myself. So anyone that has a DIY tent, i would appreciate info on the little details. Such as intake placement;exhaust;electricity stuff like that.

Don't forget the scrubber. 5 gallon bucket set up with res.?

thnx. Have the video. Seen it and other like it numerous times. I'm not really worried bout smell but have everything i need to make a scrubbber if i end up needing it.

Before anyone can actually help you'll have to provide more info.

1. What size space are you working with? How big is the room you want the tent in?
2. Do you need to split it into 2 chambers? veg/bloom?
3. How big will your plants be in bloom?
4. Will you be running a perpetual type of grow or just from seeds every time?
5. Will you be taking clones?
6. How stealth does the room need to be?
7. Permanent room from Wood or just Panda Film?
8. Whats your budget?
9. How handy are you?

2-no, 1 flowering tent-veg in seperate area
3- last run plants finished at 5'
4-whichever i feel like doing at the time
5-yes- taking clones, but kind of irrevelent as i am working on flowerin room
6-hiding isnt an issue for me
7-wood frame, mainly poly
8-my budget-not as much as i'd like, but enough for whatever i need
9-i guess that will be determined

can u cram 800 watts of light in 4'hx4'wx2'd space? i want to run both bulbs at once and was thinking a cooltube w/ the dayton would b enough for tubes and use stanley for "room" extraction. any ideas?

If done right...........Yes you can get 800 watts into that cabinet.
