Obviously nitrogen problem, but not could be from many things. Use MyNameStitch's guide which is last sticky in infirmary.

I added epsom salt last week. The plant next to it is Lemon tree every plant in my greenhouse is good and healthy except this Gastro pop.... i'm thinking mosaic or some type of disease.

Soil is amended, ph at 6.5

Take a 1000 ml cup of soil out of the soil-bin gently, and then add enough distilled water to get a liquid slurry. If you do 2:1 that will be 1000 ml soil, and 2000 ml distilled water. Let it set for an hour then pour the liquid through a coffee filter, catch it and test the liquid with a EC or TDS and get a pH reading too. If you watch the ppm and pH from day one you will learn what the plant uses and needs. IF you don't have meters, its just a guessing game, and a gamble. I'm guessing the plant above, is hungry, and needs feeding. However without an EC test reading, I'm just guessing. Good luck😎

Also if PH is out of range, you can feed all you want and will get nothing. PH and PPM meters are about $10 each. I did have problem once that I was only calibrating PH with 7.0 reference solution, and batteries were dying, so was way off. I calibrate with 7.0 and 4.1 once a week, and just 7.0 almost everyday just to be safe. I use coco, soil would not need to be checked as frequently.

Just noticed PH was mentioned. Assume 6.5 is OK if meter is calibrated correctly. Not sure since I use coco where 5.8 to 6.0 is acceptable.

I would need far more data than just 2 pictures. I agree with the nitrogen issue. I don't know whether it's deficiency or lockout, or environmental/temperatures, or nutrition.
