Take a 1000 ml cup of soil out of the soil-bin gently, and then add enough distilled water to get a liquid slurry. If you do 2:1 that will be 1000 ml soil, and 2000 ml distilled water. Let it set for an hour then pour the liquid through a coffee filter, catch it and test the liquid with a EC or TDS and get a pH reading too. If you watch the ppm and pH from day one you will learn what the plant uses and needs. IF you don't have meters, its just a guessing game, and a gamble. I'm guessing the plant above, is hungry, and needs feeding. However without an EC test reading, I'm just guessing. Good luck
