If so,When?

Here is the deal. I tried to do a reuse soil type compost setup and what I added to it was peruvian seabird guano 11-13-3, soft rock phosphate with microhyzae(sp?) and humic acid, michrhyzae and pirhanna and a little bit of garden lime cal-mag. I also composted what I think may of been too much yerba matte into it, which i think added too many micro nutes to the soil and lowered the ph a bunch. The proble is the bottem leaves on some of the plants are yellowing form the tips. There is burning and brownish rust spots on the leaf tips of some. Some of them the leaf tips are curling downward. On the basic d cross there is a reddish brown or purple coloration to the tips of the very top new growth, and all of the plants growth is stunted. Also on one of the plants there occurs a phenomenon where first true leaf is really long while the two supporting true leafs on the side are really stunded. I started them form seed and they have been getting nothing but pure watter for about 3 weeks, except for one wattering about a week ago where I added 1tsp/gal of foxfarm grow big and 2tbsp/gal of fox farm big bloom which I flushed out right away because the problems started showing up around that point. well I think that is all of the infor that I have. Please help!

It sounds like your pH is too low and you are overfeeding, between all the guano in the soil and the foxfarms.
You'll want to flush out the pots well with water adjusted to about pH 6.9 to bring the soil pH back into range, and back off on the liquid fertilizer for now, since the organics in your soil are providing plenty of food for your plants.

i agree with the ph but would you still say over feeding considering they have been got straight purified water almost every for 2 weeks plus a flush?

Oh I didn't see you only used the FF once, but still, you DO have quite a good bit of fert in the dirt... :D
You know, there's almost NEVER a real good reason to use bottled water in soil? Tap water has Ca and Mg in it, and you need those. I'd switch to tap water unless you have a really compelling reason not to.

Well I am about to start introducing tap water into my feeding regiment because the ph is around 7 and hopefully that will bring it up my only concern is the citys report on the drinking water puts it around 500+ ppm

just a little update, plants seem to be pulling out of it with plain water around a ph of 7. Thanks stinkyattic for your responces.
