Need Help with a soil mix

Hi i'm not exactly a new guy but with all the issues ive had of late i'm feeling like a FNG... short story

got this buddy that has lets say a small project that I helped with that he did to help quite a few others get there meds. So I ask if I can help so for a year and a half I learn the trade and have good success had more than a few 10lb harvests with my friend.
So as time goes on I learn the care for the ladies and thought I had learned how to mix soil (honestly I relied and "B" for the information on how to mix soil my friend wanted to have it documented so it could be reproduced) so I use his formula for my soil mix. in the past it worked awesome. But when I try and make it well lets say it kills my ladies straight away and is a lot of work and care to keep the ladies healthy once the wanting to die is over.(so far ive been able to sort my problems out before they die but this is getting old)

So this is the kitchen from the old shop where I helped out this is all I used to care for my ladies then - I can't seem to get my hands on sensi-cal green and red and have started using calmag pluss with a bone supplement.

If I could ask kindly for a look over of my kitchen and if you could any advise on how to make my soil so I don't keep having problems it would be awesome

and yes I'm Fun-King at a loss that I have been having dreams of MG Potting mix (btw that MG Potting Mix was never part of the kitchen at the old shop) just at a loss for what to do.

you know what your right I sholdent have asked for help so here is what I will do.
2parts HP 2 parts worm 1 part Alaska hum 1 part perlite with 1 tbsp blood 2 tbsp. bone 1 tsp. potash 1 heaping tbsp. EJ rainbow gromix (for veg) then change to the bloom at flip.

so what do you think with moderate feading with the hydronutes I have and some good teas would this mix be to hot my old mix is this

40% HP 20% worm 20% perlite and that's it when I first mixed this it dident feal or smell like the soil that my frends old soil guy would bring to the party.

once again please ignore my post I was not asking you to do my work this is what I'm now going to try if it fails I suppose im stuck with "new guy dirt" like MG!!! so wish me luck ill try to not ask any more questions.
