No way to move the room over to the a/c window?
Have you thought about putting an a/c in the wall of the room? The heat would add to the garage heat, but the grow room would be controlled.

A/C is usually used with closed rooms, because unless you have massive A/C you're simply exhausting all your cold air out the exit.
Are you saying cool ac in grow room ,not the lung room where I get air ?

If you can cool the entire garage, go for it. Portable a/c, unless they have much better designs now, are inefficient.
Again, A/c is generally for enclosed spaces which do not have inlet/exhaust air exchange. Usually CO2 enrichment is warranted, depending on the size of the grow and occupants of the space.
In a garage I would consider CO2 supplementation and A/C.
