Need help picking out cost effective sound deadening insulation

What exact type of insulation should I go for? I need quite a bit of it for lining the entire room. I hope I can get something quality without too much compromise for a reasonable price. Let me know what youve found to work the best.

fibreglass bats are cheap just cover so glass wont get you

Man you are easy to please,definately not female haha.Fiberglass insulation comes in different thicknesses or "R" ratings,if it gets under your skin use cool water not warm or hot or your pores open and the fiberglass really gets in there good.
