You really need to give some more info on environment, medium, chems, etc. Are you re-using dirt by any chance?

grown in New soil, foxfarm nutes, only 1 in the room that was sick, has moist soil, leaves dried up, some bud leaves turned yellow and a little bit of white, there seems to be no mold on the buds... i think it may be something like root rot or over/under watering perhaps a ph problem tho i cant see how due to other clones were fine... anyone got any ideas?

its on like week 5-6 i took her out of the room she just wouldn't get better, needless to say buds were very small it wasn't living healthy it was dieing... i have about 1 plant do this each time... i grow in a tent but i dont think it has anything to do with the tent, i think its ether watering, ph, nutes, water lockout, root rot or something it wasn't too close or to far from the light.... hummm anyone have pics of plants that have been overwatered during flower phase, or root rot?

It's really hard to diagnose problems at the Near Death stage. I hope there isn't a Next Time but if there is get some pics when the problem starts to show itself. Can you examine the root ball? The roots will have turned from white to a tan color normally but if Rot is present the roots will be dark and mushy. The leaves definitely look Fried.
That almost looks like a P def. Check your foxfarm nutes by holding them up to your ear while turning the bottle upside down. You don't want to hear anything. If you hear stuff moving that means stuff has precipitated out of the nutes and they have gone bad.
My tiger bloom that I owned for less than a year (and was stored at room temp) went bad. I didn't know it and ended up with a bunk crop because I had sever P def (which at the time I thought was PM so I was spraying the crap out of my plants).

barnt, humm i think you hit it on the head i think its that or something with the roots? but anyways i think its a P def. b/c i have to use shitty water with a high ph i think it may have locked it out, man what ever it was sure did fuck up the plant, wont be working with this strain anymore i need something that can take the shit i throw at it...

As you can see, P is hard to lock out with high pH. It might just be a matter of adding a little more P with this strain.
I have very hard, high pH water and I just go to the drugstore and buy distilled water and mix it with my tap water 50-50 and then add some phosphoric acid to pH it.
