Need help making cannabutter with a small amount of potent bud

Whats up guys. Im goin in for tooth implan surgery in 3 days, and will not be able to smoke for 2-3 weeks. Ive never made canna butter before worrying that I woulndt get as High as I do smoking my weed in blunts. However now is finally the time to do the deed. The thing is I currently Only have about 7-8 grams of haze on me to make the butter. I was wondering if you guys think the haze would even work well in cannabutter ? and also what kinda butter to weed ratio I should use. thanks for the help in advance !

Method Ive used typically starts by boiling water, then adding butter, Ill then add the coarsely ground herb into the bot of boiling water/butter, turn the heat down and simmer for about an hour or so. Next I strain the contents into a bowl and try to squeeze as much liquid out without putting any of the bud material into the water and place into the fridge overnight. The next morning the butter will have separated from the water and congealed at the top..then I poke two holes on opposing sides of the butter (like poking holes in a can of juice) and carefully pour the water out down the drain , you can then scrape around the sides of the butter and remove it, placing it on a paper towel...the bottom will be a little scuzzy so you might want to pat it clean with a damp paper towel...as far as ratio, you probably would not want to use much more than a quarter to a half pound, though I typically make my butter in bulk using leaf, trim and small buds...haze is a really potent variety so I imagine it would be fine, but just be careful, typically the high is different than that you would get from smoking, much more body, almost psychedelic...hope this helps

just have someone milk the bong for you.. then hit it.. its not so much the smoke that damages the dental work its teh sucking action you make when smoking a joint or a cig that will pull the dental work out.....or have someone blow you shotguns..and just breath in!!

dude, you can EASILY make a little over a gallon of milk wiht that. wake and bake with a bowl of cereal

Use a half oz minimum to make a nice batch of butter, IMO. Have fun cooking with ganja.
