need help identifying problem

Not sure what exactly is happening here. I've attached pics. You can see how it starts and the worse Ive found it.

How long has this problem been going on? Little over 1 week.
What system are you running? Hand Watering Coco coir.
What STRAIN are you growing? Metal Floss and Lemon Skunk.
What was the establishing technique? Seed.
What is the age of your plants? 8 Weeks.
How long have they been in there mixture they are in now? 4 Weeks.
How tall are the plants? 18 inches.
What PHASE are the plants in? Vegative.
What substrate/medium are you using? Canna Coco Coir.
What is the Water temperature? 70
What color are your roots? White. No slime.
What Nutrient's are you using? PBP and LK.
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? 13ml of PBP per gallon of R/O. 10ml of LK per gallon.
How often are you feeding? Every other day. Plain R/O every 3rd watering.
What is the TDS/EC/PPM you are using? 5.8 ph 1.5 EC
Are you sure your calibration is correct on your equiptment? Yes.
When was your last watering? Yesterday with plain R/O
What is your water temps? 70
When was your last feeding change? 4 days ago.
What size bulb are you using? 4 32w fluros
What is the distance to the canopy? 4 inches
What is your RH Factor(Relative Humidity)? 66
What is the canopy temperature? 78
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include flucutaion range) 78 Day 74 Night
What is the current Air Flow? Unsure
Tell us about your ventilation, Box fan blowing on bottom of canopy oscillating fan over canopy.
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? Yes.
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis.
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned off of or pinched? No.
Have any pest chemicals been used? No.
Are plant's infected with pest's? None that I can see. There was a single bee/wasp/hornet type insect that I caught 2 days ago.

I'm no pro but those plant look like they may have had some nutes or something spilled on them and then burned by the lights. That will be either confirmed or refuted by someone who knows a lot more than I. Good luck.

That last pic looks like the leaf had been touching one of the cfl's....how close to the lights are the affected leaves?

The closest the lights have been are about 4 inches, but there was a single CFL that was hanging in the middle, but Ive gotten rid of it thinking it may have been the the cause. I will cut back on the nutes a bit and make sure my PH meter is calibrated and see if that helps some also. Thanks all!
