Need help identifying Insect

Hey all! I'm not sure what forum I should be asking this question in, so I thought i'd start here.. I just got these little guys showing up in my grow room somehow, they don't seem to be damaging my plants at all but they apparently love to chill out on them. I have no idea what they are, and was curious if anybody could help me identify what they are. I was thinking they may be squash bugs, but i'm not too sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I ran into these last summer and asked the same exact question. It looks like what I was seeing, a box elder bug. Check out this picture and run a google search for them and see if that's what you have. I only had two if I remember right and they never really did anything.

Thank you! I had a hard time trying to identify them out on google. They just showed up randomly last week and there are easily over a dozen of them. I never have insect problems but these little guys are persistent, I tried neem and crushed garlic sprays which have worked for every bug i have come across except these little tanks. Thank you again for helping me out, good thing they don't seem to damage my girls.
