Need help from HVAC technician

Hello I am in the process of designing a new facility and I could really use some advice from a proper HVAC technician just to be sure Im doing things correctly. I will have 2 flower rooms on a 12/12 flip. My plan is to go with an air cooled chiller and then run a main supply line and then a main return line back to the chiller. I will tee off that main line for my air handlers. My plan is to install a 30 ton Carrier Aquasnap chiller and then run a 2.5 inch supply line into the building.I will cut tees into this line for each air handler. I plan on installing 5 - 5 ton air handlers in each room and 1 - surna 300 pint per day water cooled dehumidifier in each room. I will use a 3 inch return line back to the chiller. The air handler lines are 3/4 inch. There will be 53 - 1000W lights in each room. I just wanted to be sure that my pipe sizing is right. I also hang a charcoal filter in each of the rooms and have a 12 inch inline fan on each filter. I then run a 12 inch duct through the wall into the other room. This circulates the air between the rooms and also cleans the air. Reason for this is that if you just leave a sealed room in the dark your co2 levels go through the roof. Thanks!

if you have the money for a 30 ton chiller and the equipment mentioned above, i suggest you retain the services of an MEP engineer.

such an investments merits more than the back of the proverbial cocktail napkin.
