Ahoi,

I need help with my outdoor grow in the greenhouse. Two plants are too tall and are hitting the roof. What should I do?

And I have high humidity at night; the walls get wet. I had to cut down one Auto Amnesia Haze due to mold.

Should I cut off some leaves or small branches/buds for better airflow?

I hope you can help me.

Greenhouse grows are difficult because the plants grow too fast for normal size hoop houses. Cut them back to half or tie them down heavily and remove a lot of leaves! Thats no problem because they still have almost a month to bounce back for northern hemisphere. At least in my place they start to flower around mid of August. And then they're still stretching for a few weeks. Next year you can easily wait till start/mid of July to plant some 15 cm clones or seedlings. For this year and later on make sure that you have large ventilation openings, like doors, on both sides or as many sides of the green house as possible or/and in the ceiling, or/and have active ventilation of air to the outside. One door is not enough! When buds have formed every single water drop that falls into a bud will start mold because it doesn't evaporate fast enough in that damp climate. Under any circumstances you need lots of air movement and fresh air intake.
So as you've seen already:
They always get too big too fast and it's always too wet inside. Do everything you can to prevent these issues.

Lst and topping is the only way to control their height when they are too tall.

Just a heads up i was working on a recreational grow and we were in hoop houses and we would get moisture on the walls and all the buds that came in contact with the walls got bud rot. Even tops that didnt touch the walls got droplets from the condensation on them and ruined that harvest. I would work on that asap before flowering.

I would remove all other plants like the tomatoes or remove/open up the greenhouse. There's too much plants, moisture and not enough air movement IMHO.

If keeping them in the greenhouse just tie them down heavily and to the opposite sides and try to improve the flow of air.

Next year, get a bigger greenhouse or try your hand at some topping or lst to keep it lower and more bushy from earlier in the season.

Thanks for the answers(y)

Game over for me...?

I have an oscillating fan. Isn't that enough?
The door is now open 24 hours, the window closes automatically when it gets cold!

They are already partially blooming...! :(

I will remove all other plants from the greenhouse!

Does it help to cover the soil?

Can I still transplant a plant?

Should I cut everything that touches the walls?

I can mount the fan higher up so that more air reaches the flower, That should help, right?

I will also show the pictures when I have bent the plants!
and I hope you continue to support me...

Whether the fan is enough will present itself in later stages. We can't know for sure. But I believe that only one door is not enough. But you will see for yourself soon enough. You can still transplant them. I did this too. The ones that got too big I just dug out and planted them outside. They will look bad for the first two days and then slowly bounce back. Just make sure that the root ball is as big as you can dig out with a shovel and then get them safe to their new location. But yield is probably reduced.
What do you want to cover the soil with?

I've now installed this fan above the door, 170 m³/h, That should make a difference, right? I was thinking of using plastic sheeting to cover the floor...
he greenhouse has only 5.8 m³

Fan high up under the ceiling is good, but the output of the ventilation right above the door (where the door acts as the intake)? That's not very effective. The fan output should be on the opposite side of the greenhouse so that the air movement goes thru the whole thing. Covering the floor with plastic is probably a good idea too, yeah.

I have an update on my outdoor plants; it doesn't look good. I couldn’t bend my XXL plant anymore; it’s broken. :(

Can you dig a hole somewhere and look if the soil is wet all over? No greenhouse experience here, though.

Cannabis is a hardened species, your plants can do it! :)

I grew in a greenhouses for a few years. The growth is exceptional for veg but they are like you said they get heaps of humidity. I found taking some top panels out and having 4 fans in a 2.4m x 3.6m was the only way to flower without getting bud rot!
Air movement is key don't worry to much about humidity because it's almost uncontrollable but if you have good air movement you can avoid the rot!

I’d be tempted to dig pot sized holes and sink the pots into them, gives you an extra foot or two height
The only real way to stop condensation in this scenario is lots of air movement

Porky82, things are looking good for you, it should be a good harvest.
Unfortunately, things don't look so good for me. Maybe I didn't water enough? I have now installed the fan opposite the door.

my harvest from the emergency-felled plant Amnesia haze Auto

How long will it take for the plants to recover?

How can I further branch out the plants? Wire?

I have two fans: one oscillating and one that exhausts air outside,
A third one might be installed under the ceiling.

What should I do with the dry leaves hanging from the plants? Can the three plants that look so bad still be saved?
