Need Advice About Small Bicycle Wheels

I'm designing a golf cart for somebody, gonna make it out of wood and it will be a whole 'nother animal from the standard golf cart design.

My question is where to get the wheels I want to use. I want 12" wheel diameter, it won't need to support to much weight, I'm thinking on finding a wheel that is on the low end of the cost spectrum (no need for cutting edge shit here), but made with enough QC so it won't be falling apart in a few years.

I've tried using google to find some online resources, but seems like all of 'em have one or two token offerings amongst their larger wheel selections.

Anybody have any insight into the small bicycle wheel world and where I might go to find good selections?

Yeah, I'm familiar with Grainger's...but I went and checked your link just in case, I hadn't done a search for wheels there. But turns out they only have wheels for industrial style carts and such, as far as I could tell. Thanks for the heads up though S4L.

The following photos are more in line with what I'm looking for. I want my cart to look as cool as possible, and some nice wheels with chrome spokes would be sweet. The first photo is about as heavy duty as I would go, but I'm ideally looking for something more the kind you'd find on a bicycle, similar to those fold-up bikes that have really small wheels.

Ahhhh, I think you suggested Grainger's because you thought I meant this kind of golf cart:

But I meant this kind of golf cart, maybe more accurately called a golf bag pull cart:

when you said it was gonna be wood I knew it was a carrier, I figured Grainger's would have all those type of wheels covered.

look @ this page, this is the wheel for those big lawn carts.......

http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/RUBBERMAID-Spoke-Wheel-1AHR8?Pid=search

and look @ how simple it will be to axle each wheel. bicycle wheels/axles are supported @ 2 points, the forks.

this looks like a straight rod from one side to the other will work, @ $171 each it ain't cheap.
