where are you running, in a factory??
I've never heard of a 347 volt ballast...

sounds like a warehouse or welding/machine shop. definately industrial.

think u might need this.

im assuning ull need to stepo it down to 240 or 288v even...
magnetic ballists sometimes have a tap for 288 (mine does)

haha i just spent like 30 min on google trying to find out how to do that...i guess im a retard! i saw ALOT about transformers though.

What size circuit breaker are use using for each phase? Is the 100 amp the main? This voltage is common to 600 vac systems. This is Canadian equivalent to the US 277 vac system. Usually there is a neutral leg and 3 hot legs. One high leg measured to the neutral gives you 347 vac. Be careful the neutral leg must be treated as a high voltage or the potential. Here is wiring schematic of a 347 vac hps ballast.

Im running 12.2 armoured wire rated for 20 amps to each circuit.
Make sure the the armored cable is rated for the voltage before purchasing.
I was thinking 600volt 100 amp panel with 20amp 1 pole breakers.
Purchase the largest panel that the feeder circuit is sized for, it is a lot cheaper the first time. Is the disconnect fused?
i have a delta configuration so my service has no neutral or ground just 3 hot legs. I was planning on making a gorund with #3 bare wire to my water pipe and using that as my neutral.
Having a ungrounded 3 phase system is not safe, using water pipes as ground not a good practice. Think about washing hands with electricity flowing through water. Somewhere there is a true PE ground aka ground rod, if not purchase one at electrical store and use this as the ground.
Will i be able to load 100 amps of 347v on each phase?
No this is the total load for panel, only load a single phase circuit breaker 80%

Using ground as a nuetral is against code in the US for a reason!! You need to get a step down transformer or two sized correctly for your expected load.(expected load +20%) and go with 208v, 240v or 277v. Folks just to clarify all voltages can be dangerous and anything over 24v control sholud be treated as such but it is the amperage potential that rocks ya. Just the opinion of someone with a State administrators card, low voltage administrators card, and industrial/commercial electricians administrator card. Not to mention 15+ years hands on with what you speak of. And I second the motion that you establish a REAL, SOLID, code compliant (not that you will be inspected on your grow!LOL) ground before you do anything. The ground is the most important aspect.

Be safe please!

The best advice for all!!!

If you have any doubts, hire someone. Just be careful and use a multimeter, check before touching!!

only thing you could run w/ your setup would have to be 3 phase.
you dont have 347v option, you need a neutral to make that work.
you would have to install a transformer to give you voltage to work with.
no X former, no 347v
