What type of soil?
What type of fertilizer and feeding schedule?
What is the runoff pH of your soil?
Did you add anything to the soil when you transplanted?
How dry do you allow the plants to get between waterings?
Have you flushed the soil recently?
Can you get a pic of the whole plant including its pot?

Hashberry is a pretty burly plant. I really like it.

What type of soil? pro mix bx
What type of fertilizer and feeding schedule?bone and blood mean and bio grow as needed
What is the runoff pH of your soil? 7
Did you add anything to the soil when you transplanted? 2tsb blood meal and 2tsb bone meal
How dry do you allow the plants to get between waterings?pertty dry i usually stick my finger down an inch or so to check the moisture
Have you flushed the soil recently? i guess kinda of when i watered them in
Can you get a pic of the whole plant including its pot?

Your runoff is high. ProMix is technically soilless and should be slightly lower even than the typical soil pH range. Low 6's is more like it. But the amount of bone and blood meal in that small pot is excessive and you are getting scorch. You'll want to flush it out.

I agree, you will have to get that pH down like stinky has said, your problem looks to be calcium or potassium.....problem must be from lockout or not feeding enough.

When you say as needed, how often is as needed?
You using RO water?
Did you add lime to your mixture?

i usually wait until they start showing they need food before i feed im using tap water that is bubbled for a day or so no i didn't lime im thinking calcium or at least thats whats i hope it is i just got some cal mag so im going to try that after i flush

That's not the usual manner in which Ca def presents. And with all that bone meal, you'll lock yourself right out... bone = Calcium phosphate...

Well, that is why I said calcium and or potassium :) Calcium and potassium problems confuse the hell out of me when calcium does not get the spotting.
Sometimes calcium can cause the problem with the leaf edges like potassium, just without the spotting, but now that I double checked you have very low potassium content, so I would try feeding more often or getting some more potassium in your feeding.
