Nano Emulsions

So we have been playing with different emulsifiers for our edible products, sprays, and pills. I started doing some research on nano emulsions. Does anyone have any suggestions on good nano emulsifiers?

I know greywolf has a kickbutt emmulsifier but he has to do big batches...

tiny amounts of D-limoene and ethanol mixed, will play well in water based stuff
